Pollard returned to our house to investigate a leak we were having at the top of the window. After assistance from the technician we determined the leak came from a vent in the roof which was not waterproof and the seal had deteriorated over the years. Pollard's technician was very helpful in identifing this. Pollard not only make windows, install them but provide support if the window and installation requires follow-up. Good to know, and the visit to assess things was a free warrantee call. Thank you Pollard, Dan and John (Technician who visited)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan Cobourne for his prompt/efficient service. The team was a pleasure to work with. Sadly this is rare these days.
Thank you Pollard Team

We purchased all new windows for our home from Pollard Windows and Doors recently and are overjoyed with the results!

Everything from the sales consultant, to delivery, to installation made this transition to our home a positive experience.

Our consultation with Lissa was very helpful in the decision making process with her expert advice.

The installers, Andre’ and Lori, were courteous and precise during the tear-out and installation process of all sixteen windows of various sizes!

Due to the quality workmanship we have noticed our home is quieter from outside noise and we have a beautiful view.

Thank you Pollard Windows and Doors!

Original arch window installed 26 years ago, lost its seal. It was a Pollard, gave them a call, they still had record of it. They ordered the glass 2 months ago and showed up yesterday. Perfect fit, installed professionally and quick. Definitely would call them again.

Staff arrived right on time to repair window. Staff were professional, efficient and the window now functions as new.
This is our second house with Pollard windows and we would not use any other window business!!
